SPIRAL CLASSIFIERS, INDUSTRIAL
About the product
Spiral classifiers are designed for hydraulic classification, slag removal, sorting, and washing of ores, sand, and other minerals.
Spiral classifiers are classified into 2 types according to the level of immersion of the spirals (lower end) in the water flow of the trough, and as a result, the grain size of the material released into the drain:
- submersible (the nominal size of the material in the drain is from 0.074 to 0.3 mm; the drain threshold is located above the level of the lower end of the crankshaft);
- non—submersible (the nominal size of the material in the drain is from 0.15 to 0.83 mm; the drain threshold is located below the level of the lower end of the crankshaft).
